Living in London can be challenging, repetitive and overwhelming. The rush hours on the tube, the crowds on the streets... In and out... and me in the middle. Looking at the crowd going up and down the escalators I started to feel homesick. The houses of my childhood were covered with crochet. I remember my Mum working on huge round tablecloths in the evenings -she finds it relaxing.... In and out, round and round the patterns grew...
