Sportswomen of the Year Awards
We are delighted to have designed and created The Sunday Times Sportswomen of the Year website in conjunction with Vitality and Sky Sports. The awards recognise outstanding talent and achievement in sport. Past winners include Jessica Ennis-Hill, Christine Ohuruogu, Charlotte Dujardin and Laura Kenny.
The main purpose of the site was to act as a voting platform through open nominations, shortlist nominations and voting. The new site created a rise in traffic, up 200% from the previous year. Built in conjunction with our digital partner Parallax.
We have just finished designing and building the next generation site for 2017, which has become a more rounded website with the ability to add live content all year round - so watch this space!
