I created this experimental type blog in 2015 because I was irritated by the lack of depth to a lot of content I was seeing online. I ran a curated type blog and was very into angsty, modern poetry, but I found that a lot of beautiful imagery lacked meaningful words. It was as if being contemplative and aesthetically pleasing were mutually exclusive.
I started created glitchy type visuals for my favourite poetry and then gradually started writing more and more. Poets like Trista Mateer shared my content of her work, and the blog attracted the attention of bands and companies like The Chainsmokers, Cub Sport, Social Club Misfits, & Equinox.
