St Thomas Hospital - Stroke survivors

I was commissioned by St Thomas Hospital to create artwork about stroke survivors. Many of the people wanted to be involved in the project but did not want their faces to be shown. In order to create personal and intimate images without using photography I decided to ask the patients to answer my questions in handwriting. I then used parts of the notes for A1 prints. These were displayed during the Stroke Awareness event.
