Stand out at IFEMA

schneider electric

REBUILD, is a relevant fair held at Ifema Madrid, which has established itself as the great innovation event to transform building towards industrialization, the sustainability of new materials and digitalization. Within the framework of Rebuild 2021, the National Congress of Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0 was also held. Where sustainability in housing was analyzed from the economic, social and environmental point of view. And networking activities at the highest level such as the Leadership Summit and the Advanced Architecture Awards.

In the aforementioned events, Schneider Electric has had an outstanding presence in all aspects, due to its outstanding technological solutions, participation in presentations and sessions, dissemination in the media, … and of course, being present at the fair with one of the most spectacular stands and largest in the competition.
A stand that lives up to the expectations of a great brand

The Schneider Electric Stand at Rebuild 2021 occupied stand D420 and was developed based on the generation of different thematic areas, specifically 7 spaces to present the most innovative offer and advanced design, which in addition to comfort, safety and cost control, allows progress towards a net zero CO2 environment. This wide offer was grouped into the following solutions:

• Comfort Zone: Wiser System
• Prosumer Home Zone: Resi9 solutions, EvLink and KNX technology
• Innovation Zone: HeatTag Solutions, MicroGrid in a Box and Augmented Reality)
• Digital Continuity Area: BIM solutions, Alpi and Caneco
• Sustainable, Resilient Buildings Zone: EcoStruxure Power electrical distribution solutions
• Hyper-efficient Buildings Area: EcoStruxure Building

The stand also had an advice area especially dedicated to attendees to inform them about the PREE and MOVES grants for the rehabilitation and energy improvement of buildings.
The generation of different spaces in the same stand provide order and allow better personalization of each of the offers, offering a more specialized image and more careful attention for those attending the fair who are interested in our offer.
Design of spaces, image and communication
For the development of a stand of this magnitude, a whole series of parameters must be established that will guide the viable options in order to achieve the most ambitious objectives. And these will be determined by the different protagonists involved in the project, in this case Schneider Electric through its Mar-Com department establishing the entire strategy and content, Trantor Events providing its technical and production vision and Mediactiu in the graphic part.

First, all the content that is required to be presented, organize it based on relationships between products and based on the marketing and commercial strategy, establish its distribution, functionalities, communication elements and presentation of the different technological solutions. Always trying to get the best performance possible from each of the m2 contracted for the stand. In this case, the presentation of the offer combined a physical product together with conventional and interactive screens of different dimensions, signage of different types and panels with simulation of operations. All this must be supported by an architecture and a distribution that is as functional as possible.
For the development of the image and communication of this wide variety of technological solutions that were presented at the Rebuild fair, an important development of graphic elements was required, both in the creation of conceptual and brand signage, as well as technical content, some of which were them incorporating physical product. For its development, graphic design and production, the Schneider Electric corporate style regulations were applied with the greatest rigor and each of the contents was distributed to the millimeter, taking care of its distribution so that in the case of panels with a physical product they would fit and the difference in volumes did not interfere with the printed contents.

Specifically for this event, a total of 32 graphic elements were made to cover the functional and conceptual needs and reinforce the technical and commercial arguments of each of the different spaces of the Stand.
Efficient commercial action, at the height of the prestige of a brand

Going to a fair goes far beyond having a stand, this must meet or exceed the expectations generated by the brand itself, it must also be accompanied by omnichannel communications, pre, during and post event such as merchandising, participation in presentations during the fair by company and product managers, capable of correctly presenting and transmitting the information.

When efficiency and sustainability go beyond marketing actions and are not only applied to a company's commercial offer. A whole declaration of principles also present in the construction of stands for fairs.
Optimize your resources, reduce, reuse and recycle with your stand

If, in addition to the Stand, we add the possibility of being reusable, to be used in other actions, we will optimize costs and we will be more efficient at the same time that we will be able to have a better presence in all of them. This has been another plus that can be attributed to this project, which a few weeks later has been applied by part of the pieces made for the COFIAN 2021 fair, focused on being the regional business meeting of reference for the electrical, electronic and telecommunications sector. , together with the energy sector, self-consumption, sustainable mobility, Industry 4.0, etc. Held at the Fibes Conference Center in Seville.
If something works, why not take advantage of it?

Schneider Electric advocates sustainability, proof of this is the reuse that is going to be given to the built elements and that, as you can see, have already been used in 3 fairs in which the brand has participated. Reusing these elements allows, in addition to having a stand at each fair, to reduce the need to use new materials, to carry out new productions and to have new elements for each fair, thus avoiding post-fair waste. All the new events and fairs will use different combinations and compositions of the elements created, as is also the case in DC WORDL MADRID, the first edition of Data Center World Madrid. In which for two days, more than 200 exhibiting companies have been part of this fair where they have shown their innovations and strategies to the more than 7,500 C-level managers and experts who have attended. Among them Schneider Electric.
