City series gift card has always been Starbuck‘s special festive collection which is full of local features.
Illustrators from different cities took part on this project and made a full series of cards depicting Chinese cites，I am proud to have created the cards showing China and the city of Hangzhou.
Starbucks intent was this would show views of the cities in a unique way，and would also tell the story of each city's distinct ambience.
The design of Hangzhou Card shows a scene of two people rowing a coffee-bean boat on the West Lake. The Chinese card combines the culture and natural beauty of different areas of China. People are drinking coffee and rehearsing the dragon dance for the forthcoming event of New Year.
