Far different from your usually Larger advert. Director Taz Tron Delix stated "I wanted the film to hit like a cold refreshing slap in the face and cut through the bullshit of over polished, over promised, pristine advertisement selling unattainable & shallow dreams. So it was important to me that we did this visually as-well with locked off shots or very considered camera moves, staying away from the trend of flowing transitions and stripping it back to our cinematic roots focusing on the subject matter in front of us, Using the light and shadows to craft a striking, bold and graphical aesthetics delivered on glorious 35mm film."
I found it interesting working with this particular concept. Most larger adverts are male orientated but this shows a passionate fierce woman as a lead in this commerical. Not in a bikini or not over glamourise nor is she aided by a man on screen. The whole stage is hers. Great honour to work on this project.
