Strawberry Picking Season (2024)

A creative celebration season of new writing by our fellow classmates, featuring 11 unique productions that we wrote, directed, and performed. These shows took place on the 16th, 17th, and 18th of July, I wrote a play which was selected to be performed: Echoes Of Two Worlds. The play I wrote received 5 snow globes overall: - Best Ensemble - Best Director - Best Play - Best Supporting performer - Best Performer I won a snow globe for ‘Best Play’, and was nominated for ‘Best Performer’. I played the character of Marvella in Roads Paved in Gold by Will Daniels. In this role, I had to acquire an authentic Jamaican accent, a skill I had not attempted before and now aim to continue honing.
