Street Soccer Academy provides FA Charter Standard coach education programmes as a means to engage with isolated individuals. Working on behalf of some of the nation’s hardest to reach groups within our communities (homeless, ex-offenders and those suffering with addictions, poor mental health and the effects of unemployment) the charity looks to provide support to help individuals reach their full potential. The Brief: To Raise awareness of Street Soccer Academy and increase donations. My Response: After a discussion with the charity, we believed that business to business marketing would be best suited for this campaign. Doing so, would provide each business with appropriate information to be confident to approach their own business connections to join the fundraising campaign. Once shared, this will generate awareness of the charity, ultimately increasing donations. This will allow the charity to extend their reach, expand the services they offer to their beneficiaries and therefore, ultimately, more lives of individuals with complex and multiple needs will be changed for the better. What I created: - Social Stigma Book. Through the social stigma book, I hoped to highlight the stigmas that service users can often face within society. On the second image shown you can see a personal story. Looking through the stigma lens (red paper) the common personal stigmas are brought to your attention. Providing this book allowed business partners to see the impact their time and donations has within their local community.
