(Trommel Music) STUMP has had an humble start investing side money into a big dream of organising the best possible and most cared for event in the challenging capital city of London. From production to venue, to artists and visual arts, from staffing to health & safety, we only provide the very best environment. Series of events have been running regularly since 2016 and have become a trusted brand internationally and must see destination in Europe, gaining strong media support and love from crowd and artists alike, leading the way for a generation of young talents impacting sound as it develop in other cities. The concept is based on the renown and successful Romanian electronic music scene, which consist on providing a unique sound and immersive experience where artists are delivering extended performances to fully express themselves and connect with people in the friendliest and somehow meditative atmosphere. The formula is about finding a sweet spot that bring arts together, emphasise the feeling of well being, and simply create magic. My responsibilities - Coordinate all aspects of the production build and event on the day including assembling the team, developing an operational plan, stage management, artists liaison, staff supervising, overseeing health & safety procedures and risk assessment. - Liaise with suppliers and agencies to communicate and fulfil details crucial to the event success. - Bootstrapped concepts creation and music / visual mapping policies and branding. - Manage the execution of all marketing activities. - Monitor business expenses and budgets and coordinated logistics about sound and audio visual set ups.
