Earlier this year (2017) I took on the #Swim22 challenge to raise money for Diabetes UK. I am proper unfit and also have Type 1 Diabetes so this vlog helped understand the effects of exercise on my sugar levels and also to show everyone my slow progress throughout the challenge.... here goes!!
