Simple T-Shirt design for PROBAAL, an environmental NGO, based in Portugal. The aim was to show the main features of the Barrocal, the landscape that PROBAAL is mainly focused on protecting from exploitation and destruction through human activities as 'green' power projects and mining.

The design is simple, but shows the main features of the Barrocal.
  • The wide landscape, a narrow stretch of rolling limestone hills in the middle of the Algarve.
  • The aquifer beneath it, an important fresh water source of the region.
  • Two local species, the Iberian hare and the Bonelli's eagle.
The design evolved from a drawn composition of the main features that were loosely thrown together to a fusion of the individual components. PROBAAL wanted the logo to be replaced with a Bonelli's eagle.
The final T-Shirts were printed locally on white and green T-Shirts. They will be sold and offered on local and regional fairs, events, and probably on the website of PROBAAL. The idea is also to offer them in the future on Bonfire to get funds from people living in other countries.
