Curation of the World's Greatest Restaurant Festival, Taste of London, in Regent's Park. Taking place over five days the festival features dishes from London's best restaurants, world-class chefs, amazing artisan producers and hands-on masterclasses. My role is to hand select each restaurants and chefs - managing big name talents such as Michel Roux Jnr, Hemlsey+Hemsley, Tom Kerridge and Monica Galetti. I also work closely with above the line sponsors to bring to life their brand activations at the Festival, tying them into the foodie sphere. I also worked on coordinating Taste's second year of the Evening Standard London Restaurant Awards.
