Taverna 51 is a Roman restaurant in the core of Trastevere, one of the most ancient neighbourhood in Rome. As the restaurant specialises in typical Roman plates, the brand’s goal was to highlight food as a cultural expression and as one of the cultural symbols of Rome. Inspired by the sketches and drawing from the Renaissance artists of the Prix De Rome, Taverna 51 is a restaurant that offers through food what people love about Rome: her historical and cultural essence.
