team management
Team management is the ability of an individual or an organization to administer and coordinate a group of individuals to perform a task. Team management involves teamwork, communication, objective setting and performance appraisals.
Taking these into consideration, here are seven ways to keep your team motivated:

I love working in teams becuase they keep me motivated and organised, I would rather work in groups with people I trust than to work alone.
one of my favourite things I have done so far in my tiny fashion career is a small fashion show where we linked up with the business department in college and the hair and Beaty. Business had decided to throw a fashion show to raise money for the wild life so we had to use all recycle materials to use when creating are womens and men's wear.
My parter in this was Eleanor and we decided to use clingfilm to create are dress, we researched it and in are spare time created a women out fit and men's out fit. We spoke to the hair and makeup to make sure they could match the hair makeup to are dresses. We spoke to the business department to and it was a success!!! Here are a few pics.
