Achieved accreditation, university sponsorship, generating £1,500 revenue. Liaised with speakers on talks, collaborating on talk content. Managed marketing campaign with paid social media and physical marketing. Directed production with Hertfordshire Conferencing services, recording on multiple cameras short and long range. Managed scheduling of 3 hour show including rehearsals with speakers. Hosted 200+ attendees, with all talks accepted by TEDx online.
