Teen Vogue | Sex Education, lets reduce the stigma

  • Fauve Wright

On a live brief with Teen Vogue, we were challenged with the task of creating a campaign to reduce the stigma of sex and masturbation among the Teen Vogue reader and target audience. Throughout my research, I quickly realized that a lot of the embarrassment around the issue and stigma comes from the education system and sex ed lessons in schools themselves. Teachers and students, both embarrassed to teach and learn about sex, making the situation uncomfortable for everyone and only adding to the stigma. Therefore, I decided to create a humorous campaign based on Netflix hit show Sex Education. This campaign through posters and zines to be displayed and given out in sex education lessons in schools, provide a talking point and information for everything surrounding sex, body image, and gender. Please see my PR presentation slides below, as well as my campaign posters and a look at the zine. All photographed, edited, styled, and researched by me.
