The problem

The original Telehouse website was outdated, included low-quality photography and had various alignment issues throughout. Myself and my team mate Paulina sat down by discussing what was wrong with the current site and the best ways in which we could fix them. Presenting our ideas to the client, we discussed our visions for the new website and showed various mockups. With their go-ahead on their preferred design I began to develop the designs further, having regular client calls to assure my ideas were aligned with them. Updating Telehouse's brand colours to be more vibrant and full of life, as well as incorporating high-quality human images were the first small steps to developing a more modern and compelling site. It was important for Telehouse to stand out among the usual technology brands we see today and have their own clear style and persona in the data centre world.
The solution

With over 30 years of industry-leading experience, and 24/7 dedicated support, Telehouse needed a website that shows its customers that they are the partner to trust for their colocation needs. Designing and incorporating an interactive world map into the site helps Telehouse users to discover all the countries and cities that they offer services to, providing proof that they are leaders in their field. Design flourishes, such as the circuit board pattern throughout the site give a nod to Telehouse North Two, Europe’s most advanced data centre in Telehouse’s iconic London Docklands Campus.
