Director and Sound designer for The Age of Digital / Analogue.
Britain's Industrial past has shaped its landscape both physically and culturally. North of X (Sisi Lu) presents a live performance with original film and live original electronic music exploring the relationship between man, machine and landscape.
North of X has filmed in 8 factories / power stations, capturing machinery used in textile, print and audio manufacturing, as well as steam engines and Jaguar's sport car production. The music is inspired, and in part made, from the sounds of the machines.
The Age of Digital / Analogue will be presented at Sonica in Glasgow, November 2015.
