The Apartment 2020

I worked as the Costume Supervisor for a triple bill of Tennessee Williams plays named "The Apartment" from Oct - Dec of 2020. Set in 1920's New York the three plays performed where I Never Get Dressed Till After Dark on Sundays, The Magic Tower and The Long Goodbye. Directed by Adjoa Andoh. My role included multiple cast/character fittings, hiring costumes, costume alterations, making, organising meetings, buying costumes, ensuring period costume accuracy, hair and makeup, managing budgets, leading a team of costume assistants, developing interpersonal relationships with other departments, costume dressing, stage management and ensuring health and safety/COVID 19 regulations where being followed. All costumes and accessories used in this production where sourced, fitted and altered by myself and my team. With four garments being made and fitted by my assistants.
