Working with the Balvenie global brand team, W Experiential delivered a celebration of all things 60. A custom-made fit out in The Renaissance Hotel inspired by the architecture of the distillery, a wall of whisky showcasing David C. Stewarts portfolio of expressions, lighting design, projections and floral decorations created an intimate dining experience for the 200 global guests. The menu was created in partnership with Three Michelin Star chef Simon Rogan and each of the six course was accompanied by a whisky pairing curated by David.
