The City Undefined: Chiayi Youth Festival

Chiayi Youth Festival is a series of event including music, lectures and pop-up markets bring fresh inspirations into Chiayi City, a city that has been gradually thriving in recent years. To demonstrate the concept ’Experiment New Chiayi’, I developed a web-based application using p5.js, which would randomly convert street view photos into glitched posters. Transform every corners of the city into a visual identity that is both familiar and innovative.
