Red tinted glasses are used to obscure and reveal copy, aiming to provoke new ways to connect to the book's meaning.
If displayed in a gallery space, viewers would be lent red-tinted glasses to easily see the copy. Glasses remove the need to keep lifting an acetate sheet, allowing easier viewing.
