The Debrett's Guide to Entertaining Etiquette

I conceptualised, project-managed and co-wrote this beautifully illustrated guide to all forms of guest entertaining. The book was structured around the four seasons and the many British rituals, customs and traditions that punctuate the year – from Burns Night, Easter Sunday and Halloween to country house operas, a day at the races and village cricket matches. As well as steering the reader through social dilemmas and challenges, it provided recipes and menu suggestions.
