The Endo Tales

  • Eve Wallis

Endometriosis is the second most common gynaecological condition in the UK, with 1 in 10 women effected worldwide. However, only 20% of the population know what endometriosis is, resulting in women being diagnosed incorrectly. Whilst it directly affects women, endometriosis also creates complications between partners due to painful sex and infertility. Therefore, it is essential to educate both sexes. The Endo Tales is a campaign that aims to generate awareness of the menstrual condition and educate both men and women worldwide. Its strategy is to build a community of people, driven by sufferers, who can use their personal experience to teach the public about endometriosis. Their stories have shaped and formed each touchpoint, creating a personal and honest campaign. The design identity combines the sufferers hand writing and typeface Woodland. Together, it creates a very personal identity and shows the daily struggles women are faced with.
