I was tasked with overhauling our current social media channels after the success of an event I created in October & February. Six months later: -I’ve created a weekly schedule for posts using scheduling apps- created to optimise best days for selling and best times for engagement through research and analysing analytics. - A brand look. A consistent colour scheme innkeeping with companies image- simplified to make our image cleaner and our products easier to understand and buy. -Introduced new features, Stories, Story features, IGTV’s, Reel’s, Swipe Through’s and Influencer collaborations to increase reach and engagement. -Researched and experimented to optimise reach- used a mixture of payed and none promoted ads- direct market research- differing content type and placement. - Created new ideas for promotional photos/ video campaigns as well as filming, editing, captioning and assigning hashtags to best promote content.
