The fall of the House of Usher

  • Ismaël Guye

To illustrate Edgar Allan Poe is to illustrate a classic and not just any classic, a classic of terror, suspense, magic and all those supernatural forces that we feel, perceive and that, finally, end up disturbing the protagonists of his stories and novels. To illustrate Poe by turning him around and manage to represent the duality of his world: what we see, what appears and what disappears. How? With an illustration in two colours (red and blue) so that with the help of glasses with red filters we can see the same illustration in two different ways. For this work I have followed Ana Pérez's work and the indications and revisions of Alberto Albarrán. ——————————————– Online and offline design and layout.
