The Financial Times - Customer Care Behaviours

The Financial Times Customer Care team wanted a video that would convey the new behaviours that they thought were key for new and existing employees to follow. They came up with the behaviours and the acronym, and we worked together on a script and a storyboard. After plenty of communication, I solely shot the video in the space of a few hours at the Financial Times building in London, using my experience in video, audio and lighting to film the best possible shots in the conditions. I then edited and animated the video down into a final edit which can be seen here.
