Mik is 100% natural, ensuring proper care and proper life cycle for the animals involved in the making of the pate. This fact gives us the amazing opportunity to envision the good life and the freedom of each animal at Mik farm. The imagined wilderness of these animals is reflected on-to the packaging design. Also, we had to add the right dynamics and the accidents to deliver just the right epilogue to each story in each Good Life Pâté. The task was as usual - design and launch a product, a new brand of pate that would stand out from the competition, which is long present at the market. However there was one hitch – we had almost no advertising budget at all! Therefore, our solution merges advertising and packaging. We created a packaging that not only looks goods and stands out from the crowd, but one that functions as an advertisement itself. An advertisement that is placed at the exact moment of decision making, one that steals customers’ attention when they reach for their usual brand of pâté.
