The Hatch

Born from our 8-month long travels around Asia, I worked alongside chef Connor Gibson to create our own pop-up concept, The Hatch, based in Hythe, Kent.
From December 2016 we developed a brand identity, centred around using local, honest produce, which would instigate the dishes featuring on our weekly changing menu. I created a logo and established our online presence ready for our launch in Februaury 2017 and since then we have hosted many sell-out weekends and been featured on blogs as well as in local print publications as "one to watch" in Kent.
