In February, Rêve En Vert opened its first ‘Honest Space’ concept store in the newly renovated Eccleston Yards, London. Celebrating the best of sustainable fashion, the space features a selection of designers who respect the planet while reflecting Rêve En Vert’s core belief of ‘not sacrificing style for ethics’.
I was briefed to brand and help co-curate the space with the founder of Rêve En Vert, as well as creatively assisting with the launch and promotion of the event. I took the decision to take a minimalist approach to the branding, only using what I absolutely needed. This very much reflected the ethics and practices of the sustainable designers in which I was promoting. The solution was a subtle hint of the ‘H’ for ‘Honest’ morphing into a symbol for space, whilst pulling on the visual elements and typography styles of the Rêve En Vert brand.
