The illustrated tails of Darrowby

The objective of this project was to explore a unique medium for the purpose of visual storytelling. A few of the tales of veterinary doctor and author, James Herriot, were taken and transformed into an illustrated newspaper for the purpose of the project. The stories became news articles and various supporting elements and nuances took the form of newspaper fillers and advertisements. The idea was to experiment with a completely new way of visually narrating a story. (This was designed as part of the Graduation Project at London College of Communication, UAL)
