A short film created for the awards ceremony for the Rafto Prize for Human Rights Defenders, 2021. The 2021 Rafto Prize was awarded to Human Rights Data Analysis Group for their work in using statistics and AI to investigate human rights abuses. This video was shown as an example of how HRDAG use AI to analyse tens of thousands of pages of documents from the Chicago Police Force released under freedom of information requests, uncovering otherwise unknown human rights abuses that had been "buried" through normal bureaucratic processes.
