During my time at Energy Design Studio, we were approached to create a new identity and marketing material for The Lofts at Ordnance, an existing development which the client and agents were struggling to sell. We identified the correct demographic and created a relevant identity which we rolled out across hoardings, printed and digital material and merchandise.
