The Lost Boys forms a community with creativity at the heart. It is a platform that celebrates and harnesses male talent and other misrepresented groups and offers a safe space for self expression through creative practices. 70% of those asked feel there is a space for something new as they feel the current platforms or networks on offer lack authenticity and have too much of a focus on advertising and commercial value. This group desires authenticity and requires a space to feel valued. The Lost Boys will create this platform. A space for all to feel included and celebrated with the option to appear anonymous or under an alias if required. Creative work is personal and if used as an emotional outlet the creative can often feel conscious of judgment. The Lost Boys will strip away the stereotypes and stigma attached to various areas of the creative industry and offer a space that focuses on the work and the artform.
