Durring my time in the London offices of Magic Bus I played an instrumental role in the planning and execution of the Magic Bus Fundraising Gala 2011, an event which was attended exclusively by high profile figures from the worlds of sport, government and entertainment and held at the prestigious Dorchester Hotel. My responsibilities as an intern included attending meetings with highly respected professionals and public figures on the PR, logistics, comms and brand strategies of the gala and taking detailed minutes as well as contributing creatively to the conceptualising process.
