Amanda Sach (She/Her) is a London-based fashion stylist, photographer, and creative. Her work explores surreal gothic aesthetics inspired by feminism, mythology, and dark fairytales, combining it with digital art. Photo series inspired by Barbara Creed's “The Monstrous-Feminine: Film, Feminism, Psychoanalysis”, 1993. The shoot concept is based on feminism and evolves around the idea of girlhood, pain, and the beauty of it. The reluctance and the desire to grow into a woman and the struggles that come with that. Photos series starts with the model portrayed as a young beautiful girl that society expects her to look like and with each look she slowly transforms into this monstrous figure. It is a combination of both film and digital photography.
