The Peoples Games

_ The biggest battles in sport are not the ones on the pitch, court or ring. The works investigates and celebrate the ‘People’s Game’. Working with a number of grassroot clubs within the city’s space the project aimed to report and better expose how the lowest level of sport has taken influence on city space and how the city space has affected sport. All bodies of works aimed to make new connections between elements of sport, art and design to enrich the voices and messages of the individuals and identity of grassroots sports. In using these subgroups, the project enhances how we can expose and understand the larger cultural narratives of society detained within their diverse communities, placing the definitions of these games within a new realm of education for the public.
