The pink scene will be based on going against the norms of society and displaying corruption through our work to create change to people’s thoughts when performing actions, that should not be portrayed. Each person will have their individual story that they will briefly introduce in the pink scene. It will be time lapsed so all the footage will probably be an hour long, reducing the scene down to a 10 - 15 minute visual. The length of each section within the pink scene will be reliant on the amount of time a cigarette takes to burn. A cigarette was chosen because smoking is something that the majority of the population partakes in and it is seen as the ‘norm’ in today's society and should not be seen as something that’s ‘cool’ or ‘popular’. It actively promotes bad health not just physically, but mentally and has become a trend in today’s society, WDGAF are going to symbolize and refer to the cigarette as a stimulus, which will be portrayed through collaboration of various art forms throughout each section of the pink scene. The whole set will be pink, it can be any shade, texture, or material but must be pink. This is the only colour to be seen within this scene. We will be using this colour to also symbolise the most frequent stereotypes which is colour, determining your gender or sex interest/s. As colour for me determines mood and feeling. In the pink scene we will need a variety of artists. This includes ANY creative, e.g: dancers, models, singer, songwriters, actors, actresses, art, media, photographers, writers and many more.
