Technical Production Manager for this highly creative music festival. Watching the event grow from a small festival with a few thousand guests in 2007 to a unique 26000 capacity experience across the ten years I was involved. As part of superb production management team we led a department of 180 technicians and crew to deliver production for 15 live stages and countless art installations and experiences across the site.
