Acting as features editor during intial academic year of the publications start-up, leading a large team of writers to create a varied and consistent collection of feature-length work to be part of the Student Eye section of the local paper. As part of the initial editorial team, I was the driving initiative behind the creation of the publication, deivering high quality ideas and displaying perserverance with the writers to deliver content for students, that is by students, but to a professional standard.
