The Supercity Faces campaign was our way of showcasing the unique and valuable impact different members of our apartment hotel team have - from Front of House, to housekeeping, to head office. I told their stories, gathering information through detailed interviewing, talking about present excitements and challenges, to talking about their history, and typically ending on what makes Supercity a great place to work. Accompanying these pieces were a series of high-quality photos which were used to promote the stories both on the blog and social media. The campaign has seen a landmark increase in team respect and awareness, and really helped kickstart our LinkedIn social activity.
