MA GAME ART - FINAL PROJECT at Escape Studios. In the XII Century of the Xyon System, the region of Althea was under a rebellion perpetrated by the unknown. The valley is a small landscape frame based on a personal concept saga entitled 9 Crimes, part of a more extensive story named: Althea. A peaceful environment where the valley and the desert are the predominant landscape but locked inside a hidden Bazar-Temple. The source for which I have shown interest is the desire to create a calm environment following the footsteps of Journey, but having a narrative aspect that could lead to the gameplay of Horizon and Uncharted, which has been an integral part of the development process. All level was entirely created by myself from blocking out to final product, and an attempt in this project to dive in to create more complex shaders and procedural material in Unreal and Substance Designer.
