Under the theme of The Wild & Wonderful, an adventure trail was setup to encourage visitors to the Asian Civilisations Museum to locate nine items within the museum's permanent galleries. My role as composer, sonic artist, was to create sound pieces consisting of field recordings and musical motifs that reflected the nine items in the trail. Some items were of East Asian origin, some were South Asian, and some were South-East Asian. A tenth piece was created as a finale to the trail, unifying all the musical motifs. For each item on display, there was a QR code linking to the sound piece. Visitors could immerse themselves in the audio experience while viewing the item in the gallery space.
