Tintagel House

  • Siobhan McGinley
A building by TOG.
Architects: Universal Design Studio
Offices, co-working, meeting rooms.
Tintagel House used to be occupied by the Metropolitan Police. In fact, it was the site of the first police computer.
But that was then. Now, Tintagel House is TOG's biggest building to date. The building sits right on the river front, and the rooftop on the 12th floor has some spectacular views across Central London.
Working with Stanton Williams Architects and Universal Design Studio we have refurbished the twelve-storey, 1960s building, and constructed a two-level extension on the bottom to create 120,000 sqft of flexible offices, meeting rooms, event space, lounge space and co-working space. To put it in perspective, that's big. The building comes complete with stunning river views, a Members' bar for relaxing, gym for working out, rooftop for Summer parties and an apartment for resting after too much play.
Opening soon.
