Token is a card that allows you to pay with Ethereum tokens instead of real money.
I was asked to produce a set of illustrations for the sign up screen of the mobile app.
Sketch out the ideas.
I spent some time familiarising with the brand and the competitors. I wanted to find an illustration style that represented the human side behind the abstract idea of cryptocurrencies.
Colours and illustrations.
Before starting with the fina illustrations based on the sketches, I did a bit of research regarding the colour palette. When I work on illustrations, I try to stick to a limited palette (3/4 colours max) and then expand it if necessary. Following this process allows me to keep the illustrations’ looks consistent.
