Tom Strangward DOP Showreel 2024

A few years overdue and many projects later, I've decided to give the old showreel a fresh coat of paint. It's always hard to choose your best frames to share. Many of the actions, long pauses or looks captured that I think make a moment special aren't necessarily the ones that fit neatly into a showreel. Especially as I try to tell a story and an emotion with my edits that reflect the stage I'm at in my career. I'm proud of how this turned out, but most of all looking back on past reels, I'm proud of the fact I kept pushing outside of my comfort zone to try and keep improving, one frame at a time. Something that Instagram and other places makes look easier than it is. Let's go make the next one.
