In 2018, I was contracted to manage and improve their social media accounts. The result was that I dramatically increase engagement across all platforms to various degrees (5-15%), I reduce the no. of followers they lost per month on Twitter by over 90% (based on the stats when I started and when I left, natively by Twitters stats it's higher). Various methods were used and employed. Accounts managed included Twitter, FB, IG, Pinterest (main global accounts), as well as the Australian Twitter accounts.
