Former Wales and Lions rugby captain Gareth Thomas cycled the Sports Personality of the Year trophy 500 miles from Cardiff to Aberdeen. He met with charities along the way to discuss how the money raised through Sport Relief helps people across the country deal with a wide range of issues. I went along for the ride to document his epic journey.
