This cover design was for Tour Maubourg's first EP release on Pont Neuf Records.
Tour Maubourg is a Paris based DJ, I tried to portrayed his description about his music and his personality. I used collage as a technique to visually represent the way he produces his music by sampling jazz artists.
TM wanted something that feels nostalgic and melancholic but with some 'sparkles of hope ' as he tries to express with his music. One of his visual references was Magritte so I tried to convey an overall surreal dark scene with brightness trying to shine through.
